Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to TW HSE safety procedures to ensure a secure working environment for oneself and colleagues.
- Comply with TW Quality Management System protocols.
- Implement cost-effective planning services within budget restrictions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for identifying training and development needs for subordinate planning staff.
- Exhibit advanced planning skills for Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Project Management modifications and maintenance projects within the Oil & Gas sector using computerized planning and scheduling tools.
- Demonstrate expertise in Primavera Project Planning software.
- Apply comprehensive planning skills for major projects.
- Maintain quality assurance by operating within applicable quality system guidelines relevant to the business unit.
- Ensure personal safety and safe work practices, complying with OH&S procedures.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven major project planning experience within the Oil and Gas industry, supported by engineering discipline qualifications.
- Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and meeting facilitation abilities.
- Capability to utilize Critical Path Method (CPM) to develop detailed engineering and installation project schedules.
- Experienced in computer-based project management planning, particularly with Primavera P3 or equivalent software.
- Ability to apply Earned Value Management methods to evaluate and monitor project performance.
- Familiarity with Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) methodologies.
- Skilled in negotiation, mediation, delegation, team leadership, and collaboration.
- Understanding and application of the TW Quality Management System.
- Awareness of and adherence to safe workplace practices and responsibilities.
