Project Manager - Execution

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager specializing in execution for PEB, civil construction, or MEP domains. The role demands managing multiple projects concurrently (up to 3), ensuring delivery on schedule, maintaining quality standards, prioritizing safety, and fostering client relationships. This position is based in Thane and requires oversight across residential or commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, management, and execution of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Supervise project activities from start to finish, coordinating site teams, contractors, vendors, and engineers.
• Allocate manpower and resources efficiently for seamless project progress.
• Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure adherence.
• Collaborate with Design, Procurement, Purchase, Sales, and other departments to facilitate timely project completion.
• Ensure coordination across civil, PEB, structural, electrical, mechanical, and MEP functions as applicable.
• Identify and address project risks, delays, and issues with proactive interventions.
• Maintain projects within set limits of cost, schedule, quality, and safety regulations.
• Serve as the central client liaison during project phases, delivering regular updates and resolving queries promptly.
• Prepare and update project documentation including schedules, progress reports, and site logs.
• Manage material procurement coordination and oversee timely material availability at sites.
• Monitor the performance of contractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
• Lead periodic project reviews and report to higher management.
• Enforce adherence to company guidelines, quality standards, and safety protocols on site.
• Support project closure activities including snag resolution and final handover to clients.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong command over project planning and hands-on execution techniques.
• Solid knowledge of PEB structures, Civil Construction methods, and MEP systems.
• Experience handling residential and commercial construction projects.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and lead diverse teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
• Competency reading and interpreting project drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Problem-solving orientation coupled with decisive decision-making skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced project environments.
• Coordination skills for working alongside internal teams and external contractors.
• Proficiency with MS Office and other project management or reporting tools.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Mandatory qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in project execution within PEB, Civil, MEP, or Construction segments.
• Preference for candidates experienced in residential or commercial projects.
• Demonstrated ability to independently coordinate and handle multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel frequently to project sites as needed.
