Overnight Associate

Position Overview

The Overnight Associate plays a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service by efficiently managing merchandise from receipt to the sales floor. Duties include unloading trailers, moving pallets, and assisting with merchandise processing while maintaining a safe and orderly environment. Operating as part of a team, this role requires strategic planning and execution of tasks aligned with workload and store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the sales floor ahead of store opening.
• Set up, merchandise, and label product features effectively.
• Perform live unloading and processing of various merchandise.
• Focus distinctly on labeling and correctly placing merchandise in backroom bins and stocking areas.
• Transport pallets of merchandise to and from the sales floor for overnight processing.
• Assist in stocking shelves overnight and provide customer service when needed.
• Label the sales floor comprehensively to ensure readiness for opening.
• Maintain a safe, clean, hazard-free workplace by adhering to company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and securing displays and fixtures.

Minimum Qualifications

• Applicant must be at least 16 years of age.

Compensation

The position offers a starting hourly wage of $17.75 CAD.
