Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Ecommerce Operations Associate will focus on efficiently fulfilling ecommerce orders through offline retail stores, ensuring accuracy and urgency. Key duties include:

• Meeting the established e-commerce sales goals.
• Assisting the frontline team with processing product returns.
• Conducting knowledge transfer sessions and promoting awareness of the hybrid retail model within the team.
• Promptly reporting IT-related technical issues to the Service Desk and maintaining communication to resolve them.
• Alerting relevant stakeholders regarding any stock shortages to ensure system records are updated accurately.
• Maintaining strict adherence to Omnichannel system processes and standard operating procedures.
