• Manage operational logistics including data maintenance, cohort tracking, class scheduling, and ensuring a seamless learner experience.
• Compile and deliver weekly reports on program metrics and status.
• Engage with students through communication to gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and address concerns promptly.
