The Delivery Associate position at upGrad is pivotal in managing the successful delivery and maximizing the effectiveness of educational programs. Entrusted with overseeing daily operations, this role requires liaising with various internal and external parties to enhance learner outcomes and experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate student progress by analyzing data to improve program delivery and results.
• Manage relationships with faculties, Subject Matter Experts, and external vendors to ensure adherence to project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Provide operational assistance including data management, cohort tracking, class scheduling to guarantee smooth program execution and learner satisfaction.
• Generate weekly reports on program metrics and progress.
• Engage with students through calls to gather feedback, identify areas for enhancement, and address ongoing concerns.

Qualifications
