Role Overview
The General Maintenance Technician is responsible for various tasks including installing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining the property’s facilities and equipment to provide a secure and operational environment for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections and carry out preventive maintenance on all property facilities and equipment.
- Identify and promptly address any safety concerns in all areas of the property.
- Offer courteous assistance and information to guests about property facilities.
- Install fixtures and electrical equipment as needed.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in building maintenance is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrates a high level of responsibility and dependability.
