Key Responsibilities

• Lead your store team with the support of the deputy store manager.
• Oversee store presentation including ordering processes, adherence to display guidelines, and daily operational tasks.
• Manage personnel matters such as roster planning and encourage employee development.
• Recruit and build your store team.
• Coordinate with regional management by discussing store performance and development.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training, preferably with experience in a similar retail management role.
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with strong responsibility and accountability.
• Effective communication skills to motivate and support your team through feedback.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, five days a week, including regular weekends and evenings.
• Commitment to an eight-week onboarding program held at one of our trainer stores in Germany.
