• Base salary starting at €3,640 gross per month for full-time employment

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage your store team with support from the deputy store manager
• Oversee store appearance, manage ordering processes, implement presentation standards, and handle daily operational tasks
• Hold personnel responsibility including creating schedules and promoting staff development
• Recruit new team members to build your store team
• Maintain communication with the regional management to discuss performance outcomes and store development

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training, ideally with experience in a similar retail management role
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills to motivate your team and provide constructive feedback
• Availability to work 40 hours per week across 5 days, including regular evenings and weekends
• Commitment to an eight-week induction in one of our German training stores
