Responsibilities

• Lead your store team with support from the deputy store manager
• Accountability for store appearance, order management, applying presentation guidelines, and daily operational tasks
• Manage personnel including scheduling shifts and supporting staff growth
• Recruit and build your store team
• Collaborate and communicate with regional management regarding results and store development

Candidate Requirements

• Completed vocational training, preferably with experience in a similar retail leadership role
• Entrepreneurial mindset coupled with a strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and develop your team through constructive feedback
• Availability for 40 hours per week across five working days, including regular weekend and evening shifts
• Commitment to an eight-week training period in one of our trainer stores in Germany
