Key Responsibilities

• Leading the store team with support from the deputy store manager
• Overseeing the store’s appearance, order processes, adhering to presentation standards, and managing daily operational tasks
• Personnel management including scheduling staff shifts and promoting employee development
• Recruiting and building your store team
• Regular communication with regional management to review results and discuss store development

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training; preferably with experience in a similar retail management role
• Entrepreneurial mindset paired with a high degree of responsibility
• Strong communication skills to motivate and develop your team through effective feedback
• Availability for 40 hours per week across five days, including regular weekends and evenings
• Commitment to an 8-week onboarding period at one of our trainer stores in Germany
