Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the store team, supported by the deputy store manager
• Oversee store presentation including ordering workflows, implementation of merchandising standards, and daily operational tasks
• Manage staffing responsibilities such as creating work schedules and promoting employee development
• Lead recruitment efforts to build and strengthen the store team
• Coordinate with regional management for discussing performance results and store advancement

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training, preferably with experience in a similar retail position
• Entrepreneurial mindset coupled with a strong sense of responsibility
• Effective communication skills aimed at motivating the store team and fostering growth through feedback
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, five days a week, including regular weekend and evening shifts
• Willingness to undergo an eight-week induction program at one of our trainer stores in Germany
• Alignment with company values including teamwork, discipline, cost consciousness, simplicity, respect, and customer orientation
