Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage your store team with support from the deputy store manager
• Oversee the store's appearance including order processing, implementation of presentation standards, and daily operations
• Handle personnel responsibilities such as creating work schedules and promoting employee growth
• Recruit staff to build your store team
• Coordinate with regional management on performance results and store development

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training, preferably with experience in a similar retail leadership role
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of responsibility
• Effective communication skills to motivate your team and provide constructive feedback
• Availability to work 40 hours weekly, five days a week, regularly including weekends and evenings
• Willingness to undergo an eight-week training in one of the trainer stores in Germany
