Your Responsibilities

• Lead your branch team effectively, working alongside the deputy branch manager
• Oversee the store's appearance, manage ordering processes, implement presentation standards, and handle daily operational tasks
• Manage personnel duties including creating work schedules and encouraging employee growth
• Handle recruitment processes to build your branch team
• Collaborate with regional management to discuss performance and branch development

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training; ideally with experience in a similar retail leadership position
• Entrepreneurial mindset paired with strong sense of responsibility
• Strong communication skills to motivate team members and provide constructive feedback
• Availability to work 40 hours per week across five days including regular weekends and evenings
• Commitment to an eight-week onboarding at one of our trainer stores in Germany
