Key Responsibilities

• Lead your store team effectively, supported by the deputy store manager.
• Manage all aspects of store appearance including ordering, adhering to presentation guidelines, and daily operational tasks.
• Handle personnel management, including creating work schedules and fostering employee development.
• Recruit new team members to build and maintain your store team.
• Collaborate regularly with regional management to discuss results and plan store development.

Candidate Requirements

• Completed vocational training with preferable experience in a similar retail position.
• Entrepreneurial mindset paired with strong responsibility and accountability.
• Excellent communication skills to inspire and provide constructive feedback to the team.
• Availability for a 40-hour workweek, five days per week, including regular weekend and evening shifts.
• Willingness to undergo an eight-week onboarding program at one of our trainer stores in Germany.

Working Hours
