Main Responsibilities
- Lead your store team with support from the deputy manager
- Oversee store appearance, ordering processes, implementation of presentation standards, and daily operational tasks
- Manage personnel responsibilities including preparing work schedules and fostering employee growth
- Recruit and build your store team
- Communicate regularly with regional management to review results and support store development
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training, ideally with experience in a comparable retail leadership role
- Entrepreneurial mindset paired with strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication skills to motivate and provide feedback for team development
- Available 40 hours per week across five days, including weekends and occasional evenings
- Willingness to undergo an eight-week induction at one of our trainer stores in Germany
