Key Responsibilities

• Leading your store team supported by the assistant store manager
• Overseeing store appearance, order processing, implementation of presentation guidelines, and daily operational tasks
• Managing personnel responsibilities including preparing work schedules and fostering employee growth
• Conducting recruitment to build your store team
• Communicating regularly with regional management to review store results and strategic development

Requirements

• Completed vocational training; experience in a similar retail leadership role preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with strong sense of responsibility
• Effective communication skills to motivate and develop your team through constructive feedback
• Availability to work 40 hours per week across five days, including regular weekends and evenings
• Willingness to participate in an eight-week onboarding training at one of the company's trainer stores in Germany
