Work Hours

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, scheduled over 5 days including regular weekends and evenings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead your branch team with support from the deputy branch manager
• Manage store appearance, ordering processes, adherence to presentation guidelines, and daily operational tasks
• Take responsibility for personnel management including scheduling and encouraging employee development
• Coordinate recruitment efforts to build a strong store team
• Engage in regular dialogue with regional management to discuss results and development strategies

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training, preferably with experience in a similar retail management role
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and sense of responsibility
• Effective communication skills to motivate the team and provide constructive feedback
• Availability for 40 hours weekly, including weekends and evenings
• Willingness to complete an eight-week training period at one of the trainer stores in Germany
