Working Hours

The position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, typically spread over five days including evenings and weekends.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the store team with support from the assistant store manager
• Oversee store appearance, order processing, adherence to presentation guidelines, and daily operational tasks
• Manage personnel by creating work schedules and encouraging staff development
• Recruit new team members to build a strong retail team
• Communicate regularly with regional management to review performance and plan store growth

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training; preferably with retail management experience
• Entrepreneurial mindset coupled with strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and develop your team through constructive feedback
• Availability to work 40 hours weekly, including regular weekend and evening shifts
• Willingness to undergo an eight-week training at one of our trainer stores in Germany
