• Manage day-to-day operations of the retail outlet efficiently.
• Ensure timely and smooth opening and closing procedures.
• Uphold company standards regarding cleanliness and the outlet’s overall appearance.
• Track sales performance closely and implement corrective measures when needed.
• Design and execute strategies to boost sales, improve customer retention, and encourage repeat visits.
• Monitor product inventory identifying fast- and slow-moving items.
• Address customer complaints, feedback, and escalations with professionalism and responsiveness.
• Maintain effective communication and professionalism among staff when interacting with customers.
• Prepare staff duty schedules and manage attendance and shift rosters.
• Supervise employee performance and enforce discipline as necessary.
• Oversee stock levels, ensuring timely and adequate replenishment.
• Prevent inventory shortages, overstocking, damage, and wastage through vigilant stock management.
• Ensure proper procedures for receiving, storing, displaying, and distributing products.
• Report any inventory discrepancies or damages to higher management promptly.
• Supervise daily billing and cash collection activities to ensure accuracy and security.
