Store Incharge

Overview

The Store Incharge will be responsible for managing the daily functions of the bakery outlet to ensure smooth operations, product quality, customer satisfaction, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations including overseeing production schedules, displays, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene consistent with food safety regulations.
• Ensure excellent customer service; address queries and feedback professionally while driving sales through promotions and strategic product placement.
• Lead and schedule staff effectively, monitor their performance, and maintain motivation and discipline among team members.
• Oversee inventory management for raw materials and finished products by coordinating vendor relations, minimizing waste, and conducting regular stock audits.
• Handle financial aspects including billing, cash flow, expense tracking, daily reconciliations, and preparation of reports to monitor profitability.
• Maintain compliance with food safety standards such as FSSAI and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures for baking and storage.

Qualifications & Skills

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Food Production, or a related discipline.
• Have 2 to 5 years of experience in bakery or food retail management.
• Exhibit strong leadership capabilities and effective team management skills.
• Possess excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Be knowledgeable in inventory and cost control methods.
• Have basic computer proficiency including the use of POS systems and Microsoft Excel.

Compensation

Monthly salary ranging between INR 18,000 and INR 28,000.
