Job Overview

Swiss Castle Bakery is seeking a Retail Sales Associate based in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. This full-time role involves delivering excellent customer service, managing product inventory, and handling sales transactions at the bakery.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival.
• Understand customer needs and provide detailed product information.
• Promote and canvass bakery products to customers effectively.
• Unload goods from delivery vehicles carefully.
• Verify received items against order lists to ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory system for product rotation.
• Inspect products for correct manufacturing and expiry dates during receipt.
• Manage cake orders and process Swiggy and Zomato online orders.
• Collect customer feedback, address inquiries, and resolve service-related issues.
• Monitor and reduce product shrinkage and damage.
• Handle billing, cash management, and finalize daily accounts.

Additional Information

Monthly compensation ranges between INR 15,000 and 16,000.
