Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Counter Salespersons for our bakery outlets located in Hyderabad. The role involves engaging warmly with customers, assisting them with queries regarding bakery items, and ensuring smooth transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers courteously and deliver outstanding service at the counter.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend bakery products.
• Clearly describe products and pricing information to customers.
• Accurately take and process customer orders, ensuring proper packing and timely delivery.
• Manage payment transactions including cash, card, and UPI methods with precision.
• Issue bills and receipts promptly to customers.
• Keep the sales area and displays clean, neat, and hygienic at all times.
• Arrange bakery items in an attractive and organized manner within display counters.
• Check products regularly for freshness, quality, expiration dates, and display timing compliance.
• Observe the FIFO principle when selling bakery items to maintain quality.
• Track stock levels and notify supervisors about items running low.
• Ensure safe handling and correct packing of cakes, pastries, breads, snacks, and other bakery products.
• Promote bakery items such as new arrivals, special deals, combos, and seasonal selections.
• Maintain detailed records of sales, wastage, and damaged goods.
• Address customer complaints with courtesy and professionalism.
• Maintain personal grooming, uniform standards, and hygiene appropriate for food handling.
• Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene protocols during product handling.
• Assist with daily opening and closing routines of the bakery outlets.
