Retail Store Manager

Overview

Azaya Organics LLP is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations at their store located in Delhi-NCR. This role involves supervising store staff, managing customer relations, ensuring sales targets are met, and maintaining inventory and billing functions.

Key Duties

• Supervise and allocate tasks among store employees.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Drive sales performance to meet defined targets.
• Keep accurate inventory and stock records.
• Place orders to replenish products as necessary.
• Manage billing procedures and cash handling.
• Ensure store displays are attractive and maintain cleanliness.
• Prepare and analyze daily and weekly sales reports.
• Ensure the store is properly opened and closed according to schedule.
• Liaise effectively with suppliers and distributors.

Additional Information

The remuneration for this full-time position ranges between INR 15,000 to 20,000 per month.
