Position Overview

We are seeking a Store Manager (m/w/d) for our new location at Olympia-Einkaufszentrum in Munich. This role entails leading a mid-sized team in a high-revenue store and offers a unique opportunity to oversee a new store launch and shape its team structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the store operations at the Munich Olympia-Einkaufszentrum location, ensuring team success.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and collaborate with your team to formulate action plans to meet targets.
  • Coach team members to handle a high volume of customer consultations, delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Coordinate with external service providers to maintain smooth store operations.
  • Monitor purchasing and customer trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Implement and uphold visual merchandising standards to ensure a pristine store presentation.
  • Manage the store's online reputation by professionally responding to customer reviews and inquiries.

Candidate Profile

  • Possesses 2 to 3+ years of experience as a Store Manager within the retail sector.
  • Demonstrated achievements in increasing sales and managing KPIs effectively.
  • Experienced in leading and mentoring a mid-sized team within a high-volume store environment.
  • Skilled in personalized customer consultation and handling premium products.
  • Fluent in German and proficient at least at a business level in English.
