Role Overview

We are seeking a Store Manager for our new location in Westfield Centro Oberhausen. In this role, you will lead a medium-sized team in a high-revenue store, taking full ownership of the store opening and shaping the team structure to ensure success.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the performance and management of the Westfield Centro Oberhausen store and its team.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and work with your team to develop action plans to meet set objectives.
• Coach your team to handle high volumes of customer consultations, ensuring an outstanding shopping experience.
• Coordinate with external service providers to guarantee smooth store operations.
• Monitor purchasing and customer trends and derive informed decisions accordingly.
• Implement and uphold visual merchandising standards for a flawless store presentation.
• Manage the store’s online reputation by professionally responding to customer reviews and inquiries.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Store Manager in retail.
• Proven track record of increasing sales and managing KPIs effectively.
• Experience leading and coaching a medium-sized team in a high-volume retail environment.
• Background in personalized customer advisory, especially with premium products.
• Fluent German and at least business fluent English communication skills.
