Role Overview

As a Store Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a single restaurant location. Your responsibilities include hiring, directing, and managing the team to meet financial objectives while ensuring guests receive exceptional service. Success in this role is achieved by driving both operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Training & Support

To prepare for your role, you will receive a comprehensive paid leadership training program lasting eight or more weeks, along with ongoing mentorship and support from our committed Panda community.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Flexibility to work at any store location within a 50-mile radius
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Current ServeSafe food safety certification

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

Employees frequently work in an environment with heat and steam from kitchen equipment, requiring standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and fast-paced multitasking while maintaining accuracy. Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to manage conflicts and adjust to priority changes are essential.
