Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee the operations of a single store, including hiring, managing, and guiding associates. Your goal is to drive financial targets while delivering outstanding guest experiences. To prepare you, a minimum three-week store leadership training will be provided.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma is mandatory
• Willingness to relocate within a 50-mile radius if necessary
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Serve Safe food safety certification

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Work areas can be hot and noisy, including standing for prolonged periods and handling kitchen equipment such as Chinese cook knives. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for up to four hours, and reach across counters is required. The role demands fast-paced work, good verbal communication, adaptability, and conflict management skills.

Compensation Details

The hourly wage ranges from $26.5 to $29.5 based on factors such as location and experience. Bonus payments are not guaranteed and may be modified or discontinued at the company's discretion.
