Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you will support managing a single store’s operations which includes recruiting, overseeing, and guiding associates to meet financial objectives and deliver outstanding guest experiences. This position requires you to take responsibility for the store's success, backed by over three weeks of comprehensive leadership training.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a high school diploma
• Willingness to relocate within a 50-mile radius of current residence
• Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays as dictated by business needs
• Certification in Food Safety, specifically Serve Safe

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Workspace conditions include exposure to heat and steam, limited space, and high noise levels. Employees need the ability to remain standing for extended periods, safely handle kitchen tools such as Chinese cook knives, and lift up to 50 pounds. Effective verbal communication, adaptability in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, along with conflict resolution skills are essential.
