Primary Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a single restaurant location. This role includes responsibilities such as hiring staff, managing and directing team members to meet financial targets, and ensuring outstanding customer service. Success is supported by a comprehensive store leadership training lasting three or more weeks.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum education: high school diploma
• Flexibility to relocate to a store within a 50-mile radius of current residence
• Availability to work variable schedules including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Food Safety certification (Serve Safe)

Working Conditions and ADA Compliance

The role demands standing for extended periods and working in environments with heat, steam, and noise. Tasks include preparing hot and cold dishes, operating kitchen tools such as Chinese cook knives, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Effective verbal communication, adaptability, conflict resolution skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting are essential. Compensation Details
