About the Role

Join Panda Express as a Store Manager and lead a single restaurant's daily operations. You will be responsible for overseeing associate hiring, management, and directing efforts to meet financial targets while ensuring exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the entire store's functions.
• Recruit, train, and supervise team members to meet business goals.
• Drive financial performance by monitoring revenue and costs.
• Ensure excellent guest experiences and high service standards.
• Participate in and complete an 8-week or longer leadership training program designed to prepare you for success.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible to relocate within 50 miles of your residence if required.
• Availability for flexible schedules including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
• Certified in Food Safety, specifically Serve Safe certification.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

Working conditions often include hot, steamy kitchen areas with limited space, a noisy environment, and high shelving. You must be able to stand for up to four hours, lift items weighing up to 50 lbs, and handle kitchen tools such as Chinese cook knives efficiently. Effective communication, adaptability to dynamic priorities, and conflict management skills are essential.

• Hourly pay ranging from $25.22 up to $35.308 depending on location and experience.
