Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day store operations
• Recruit, lead, and direct team members to meet financial goals

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma is mandatory
• Flexibility to relocate within a 50-mile radius if required
• Willingness and availability to work flexible schedules including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Certification in Food Safety (Serve Safe)

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Staff often work in hot, tight spaces near steam tables and food vapors, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods (up to four hours), use kitchen tools like Chinese cook knives safely and efficiently, lift up to 50 pounds, and reach counters approximately 36 inches high. The kitchen environment is fast-paced with elevated noise levels and limited storage.
