Assistant Manager

Panda Express, a leader in the restaurant industry, is seeking experienced individuals for the role of Assistant Manager to support store operations at our Great Falls, MT location. Role Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you will assist in overseeing store operations including hiring, managing, and directing associates to meet financial targets and maintaining superior customer service standards. A comprehensive paid store leadership training program of at least three weeks is provided to prepare you for success.

Desired Skills & Requirements

• High school diploma is mandatory.
• Ability to relocate within 50 miles of home to a different store if required.
• Availability for a flexible schedule covering opening and closing shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, dictated by business demands.
• Certification in Food Safety (Serve Safe) is essential.

Working Conditions and ADA Statement

Work involves standing for prolonged periods (up to four hours), preparing both hot and cold foods, and operating kitchen equipment swiftly and accurately. Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in noisy, fast-paced kitchen environments with limited storage and high shelving. Effective communication, adaptability to dynamic priorities, and conflict management skills are necessary.
