About the Role

Panda Express is currently seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team, dedicated to both professional growth and personal advancement. We provide paid Store Management Leadership Training, ongoing mentorship, and support from a caring community committed to your success.

Key Responsibilities

As a Store Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a single restaurant location. Your duties include recruiting, supervising, and guiding store associates to meet financial objectives and deliver excellent guest experiences. You are responsible for steering your store toward success.

Training

We prepare you for your role with an extensive store leadership training program lasting eight or more weeks.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma
• Flexibility to relocate within 50 miles of your current residence
• Availability to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business demands
• Food safety certification such as Serve Safe

Work Environment and Physical Demands

The role requires standing for extended periods, working in hot, steamy, and noisy kitchen areas, and handling kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knives. Employees should be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining accuracy. Good verbal communication skills, adaptability to changing priorities, and the ability to handle conflict constructively are essential.
