Primary Responsibilities

Assist in managing the daily operations of a single restaurant location. Duties include hiring, overseeing, and guiding team members to meet financial targets while ensuring exceptional customer service experiences. You will be instrumental in driving the store's overall success, supported by a comprehensive leadership training program lasting at least three weeks.

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma mandatory
• Willingness to relocate within 50 miles of current residence if necessary
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays aligned with business demands
• ServSafe food safety certification

Work Environment and Physical Demands

The job requires working in hot areas laden with steam and food vapors, standing for extended periods (up to four hours), and performing physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and using kitchen tools such as Chinese cook knives. High noise levels, limited workspace, and fast-paced work environment are typical. Effective communication, adaptability to changing priorities, and conflict management skills are essential.
