Role Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d) for our new location at Westfield Centro Oberhausen. This role is central to driving sales and offering exceptional customer experiences. You will guide and support the sales team, assist the Store Manager with shift planning, team training, performance feedback, and commercial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the sales team to meet and surpass sales objectives.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations for an outstanding shopping experience.
• Manage administrative operations, inventory control, and staff scheduling coordination.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to enhance store presentation.
• Assume full responsibility for store operations in the Store Manager's absence.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager or senior sales associate in retail.
• Strong sales skills combined with a proactive, customer-centered approach.
• Ability to interpret commercial KPIs and translate them into actionable, results-driven strategies.
• Committed to continuous improvement in sales processes and visual merchandising.
• Fluent in German and competent in English communication.
