Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you will help oversee the operation of a single restaurant location. This involves recruiting, guiding, and managing staff to meet financial objectives and guarantee excellent guest service. You will be instrumental in steering your store towards success, backed by over three weeks of comprehensive store leadership training.

Qualifications & Experience

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Flexibility to relocate within 50 miles of home
• Availability for variable schedules including opening/closing shifts, weekends, evenings, and holidays, depending on business needs
• Certified in Food Safety (Serve Safe certification)

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

The role requires working in fast-paced, often hot kitchens with exposure to steam and food vapors. The job involves standing for extended periods (up to four hours), lifting objects up to 50 lbs, and operating kitchen tools such as the Chinese cook knife. Effective verbal communication, adaptability to changing priorities, and conflict management are essential.

• Hourly pay between $23 and $26, determined by location and experience
