Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your store team with support from the assistant store manager
• Oversee store appearance, manage ordering processes, and ensure compliance with presentation standards and daily operational tasks
• Handle personnel management including creating work schedules and fostering staff development
• Recruit new team members to build your store team
• Engage regularly with the regional management to discuss performance and store growth strategies

Candidate Requirements

• Completed vocational training, preferably with experience in a comparable retail leadership role
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a strong sense of responsibility
• Effective communication skills to inspire and develop your team through constructive feedback
• Availability to work 40 hours per week over 5 days, including regular evenings and weekends
• Willingness to undergo an eight-week onboarding program at one of our training stores in Germany
