Your Responsibilities

• Lead your store team with support from the deputy store manager
• Oversee store appearance, order processes, implementation of display guidelines, and daily operational tasks
• Manage personnel including creating work schedules and promoting employee development
• Recruit and build your store team
• Coordinate with regional management to discuss results and store progress

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training, ideally with experience in a similar retail leadership role
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of responsibility
• Good communication skills to motivate and provide feedback to your team
• Availability for 40 hours per week, working five days including regular weekends and evenings
• Willingness to undergo the eight-week onboarding at one of our trainer stores in Germany
