Key Responsibilities

  • Lead your store team with support from the deputy store manager
  • Oversee the store's appearance, order management, adherence to presentation guidelines, and daily operational tasks
  • Manage personnel including creating work schedules and fostering employee growth
  • Recruit team members to build your store staff
  • Liaise with regional management to discuss outcomes and store development

Candidate Profile

  • Completed vocational training; ideally with experience in a similar retail leadership role
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong sense of responsibility
  • Effective communication skills to motivate and develop your team through constructive feedback
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, five days a week, including regular weekends and evening shifts
  • Willingness to undertake an eight-week onboarding process at one of our German trainer stores
