Team Leader - Operations

Overview

Woodrock Infotech in Dehradun is hiring an Operations Team Leader to supervise and enhance operational efficiency by monitoring key performance indicators such as Average Handling Time (AHT), attrition, shrinkage, and Customer Satisfaction (Csat).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 15 to 25 associates to deliver optimal performance.
• Ensure control over critical metrics including AHT, employee attrition rates, shrinkage, and Csat.
• Organize and lead regular performance meetings including Monthly Business Reviews, Daily and Weekly Quarterly Business Reviews to assess and improve team output.
• Oversee daily team activities to maintain smooth operations.
• Motivate and guide the team to fulfill organizational objectives effectively.
• Design and implement timelines and strategies to meet set targets.
• Provide training programs to enhance team capabilities.
• Conduct quarterly appraisals to evaluate team performance.
• Contribute towards company growth through successful team management and leadership.
• Create and maintain a positive and inspiring work environment for team members.
• Drive process-focused Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure accountability and performance.
• This role requires working on-site at the office location.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum education: 12th standard pass.
• Preferred experience: At least 2 years in a relevant role.
• Highly motivated with a knack for coaching and developing team members to meet performance goals.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and see tasks through to completion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of leading teams in multitasking, prioritizing workloads, and adhering to deadlines.
• Experience mentoring and providing direction to team members.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules as required.

Compensation: Salary up to ₹30,000 per month, considered among the best in the industry.
