About the Role
As a Junior Operations Associate at Nine Tours, you will serve as the welcoming face at the Heritage House (Nagar Nigam) office in Udaipur, supporting inbound tourists with friendly assistance and guidance. You will provide detailed information on various tour packages, special offers, and the cultural and historical richness of Udaipur, ensuring an engaging visitor experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact at the Heritage House office, warmly greeting all visiting tourists.
- Offer informative and compelling details about the company’s tour options, ongoing promotions, and the unique heritage of Udaipur.
- Organize and maintain visitor inquiries, booking records, and operational data using Microsoft Excel and Word or Google Docs.
- Support front-desk activities to guarantee a seamless and hospitable environment for walk-in guests.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Reside in Udaipur with intimate knowledge of the city's historic and cultural background.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with excellent interpersonal communication abilities.
- Proven skills in handling data via MS Excel and document management tools.
- Preference for female candidates for this front-office role.
- Fresh graduates exhibiting strong communication skills and eagerness to learn are highly welcome.
