About the Role
Join Woodrock Infotech Private Limited as a Customer Care Executive located at Sector V, Kolkata. This role requires working from the office with a salary package reaching up to INR 20,000 per month. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. The work schedule includes flexible or fixed shifts, with rotational weekly offs. For overnight work, one-way transportation is provided.
Job Openings
- Voice Process: Open to freshers and experienced applicants; salary up to INR 15,000 CTC; available both full-time and part-time.
- Experienced Process: Requires minimum 6 months experience; salary up to INR 20,000; flexible shift timing.
- Sales Process: Requires 3 to 6 months of sales experience; salary up to INR 15,000 in-hand; fixed shift from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Requirements
- Proficient verbal communication skills in English.
- Preference given to candidates with BPO or customer support experience.
- Sales experience mandatory for the sales profile.
- Willingness to work from the office location.
- Flexibility to work in various shifts.
