About The Opportunity

Clearwater Analytics is expanding and seeks a Client Servicing Team Lead for its Frankfurt office, supporting prestigious clients across the DACH region such as asset managers, pension funds, and insurers. This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on client engagement, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and teamwork within the client servicing team.

Located in the recently opened Opernturm office in Frankfurt, the role reflects the company's strong commitment to the DACH market and its innovative cloud-native investment management platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a client servicing team, overseeing workload distribution, quality assurance, and training initiatives.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one sessions and biannual performance reviews to identify growth and learning opportunities within the team.
  • Develop and monitor quantitative and qualitative metrics such as NPS, CSAT, SLA adherence, client retention, and employee attrition.
  • Lead Steering Committee meetings and client relationship reviews, acting as an escalation point for client concerns.
  • Collaborate with product management and development teams to enhance client offerings, streamline processes, and support sales operations.
  • Ensure smooth transitions for newly onboarded clients into ongoing servicing phases.
  • Utilize tools like Salesforce, Workday, and Power BI to monitor team performance and progress.

Candidate Profile

  • Proficiency in both German and English, both written and spoken, to effectively engage with DACH clients.
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Mathematics, Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 7 years relevant experience in finance or fintech, preferably with investment accounting or investment operations knowledge.
  • At least 2 years in a leadership role with a proven track record.
  • Experience measuring and reporting weekly and monthly KPIs.
  • Familiarity with insurance and investment management concepts is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills for diverse internal and client-facing presentations.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables, and VBA along with comprehensive Microsoft Office skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, documentation proficiency, and organizational skills.
  • A problem-solving mindset focused on delivering effective solutions.
