Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the store team with support from the deputy store manager.
• Ensure the store's appearance meets company standards, including managing orders, implementing presentation guidelines, and overseeing daily store operations.
• Handle personnel responsibilities such as creating staff schedules and fostering employee development.
• Manage recruiting efforts to build and strengthen your store team.
• Communicate regularly with regional management to review results and discuss store development strategies.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training, preferably accompanied by experience in a similar retail management role.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and support team growth through constructive feedback.
• Available to work 40 hours per week across five days, including regular weekend and evening shifts.
• Willingness to participate in an eight-week onboarding program at one of the company's designated training stores in Germany.
