Key Responsibilities

• Lead your store team with support from the deputy store manager
• Oversee store appearance, ordering process, adherence to presentation guidelines, and daily tasks
• Manage personnel responsibilities such as scheduling and promoting staff development
• Recruit new team members to build your store team
• Communicate regularly with the regional management regarding results and store growth

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training, ideally with experience in a similar retail management role
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills to motivate the store team and foster improvement through feedback
• Availability to work 40 hours per week over five days, including regular weekends and evenings
• Willingness to participate in an eight-week onboarding at one of our trainer stores in Germany
