Job Overview
Join Flipkart as a Picker / Packer, responsible for handling customer orders efficiently and safely at our Mumbai facility. This role includes selecting products per order, securely packing them, verifying items before shipment, and keeping the inventory well-organized and clean.
Key Responsibilities
- Precisely selecting products according to customer requests
- Safely packing orders ensuring accuracy and protection
- Inspecting products prior to dispatch for quality assurance
- Keeping stock areas clean and systematically arranged
- Assisting with daily store operations and maintenance
Candidate Eligibility
- Open to freshers with eagerness to learn
- Experience in warehouse or store environments is beneficial but not mandatory
- Basic communication skills with an understanding of instructions
- Preference for candidates who demonstrate responsibility and punctuality
