Job Summary
Join Flipkart as a Delivery Executive responsible for timely and efficient delivery of goods, upholding company standards and professionalism throughout the process. This role demands excellent organizational skills and dedication to quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick up merchandise and ensure prompt delivery to customers.
- Verify order completeness before handover to recipients.
- Carefully manage loading and unloading of products.
- Collect payments when applicable and issue all required documents.
- Interact courteously with clients to resolve any queries or issues.
- Adhere to pre-determined delivery routes and abide by traffic laws.
- Keep detailed records of delivery times, locations, and receipt acknowledgements.
Qualifications and Skills
- Educational qualification minimum below 10th standard.
- Experience ranging from none up to six months.
- Strong skills in managing time and paying close attention to details.
- Customer service abilities to ensure positive interactions.
- Familiarity with navigation apps is advantageous.
- Previous delivery work experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Additional Information
The monthly salary offered ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹30,000. Candidates should be prepared to maintain punctuality and uphold the quality service standards expected by Flipkart throughout their delivery duties.
