Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage your store team with support from the deputy store manager
• Oversee store appearance, ordering processes, adherence to presentation guidelines, and daily operational tasks
• Manage personnel, including creating work schedules and fostering employee development
• Recruit and build your store team
• Collaborate regularly with regional management to discuss results and store growth

Candidate Profile

• Completed professional training, preferably with experience in a similar retail leadership role
• Entrepreneurial mindset coupled with strong responsibility
• Effective communication skills to motivate and develop your team through feedback
• Availability to work 40 hours weekly across five days, including regular evenings and weekends
• Willingness to undertake an eight-week onboarding in one of our trainer stores in Germany
