Job description
Role Summary
The Store Lead works closely with the Store Manager to guide and motivate the store team towards meeting sales targets through effective coaching, fostering a collaborative selling atmosphere, and ensuring operational excellence during periods they serve as manager on duty. This position holds responsibility for opening and closing the store when scheduled.

- Train team members on internal processes and operation functions as assigned.
- Stay updated on corporate communications, policies, and directives.
- Assist with implementation of store programs aimed at enhancing sales, service, operations, and branding.
- Foster a positive workplace where contributions are valued and learning is encouraged.
- Lead by example to motivate and inspire all store associates.
- Conduct regular team meetings to share company updates and initiatives.
- Train store team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Use customer feedback proactively to resolve issues and enhance experience.
- Ensure the store meets brand visual standards and marketing initiatives according to company guidelines.
Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in retail or sales environments.
- Creative, with sound judgment and strong awareness of business trends.
- Self-driven, strategically minded, and results focused.
- Excellent organizational and leadership capabilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in active listening and effective problem solving.
- Experienced in coaching and developing high-performance teams.
- Comfortable with technology including computer systems, POS, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing tools.
Physical Requirements
- Able to stand and walk for most of the shift, frequently bending, squatting, twisting, lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Capable of climbing ladders to access merchandise or supplies.
- Good visual discrimination of fabric patterns and colors.

Compensation
Hourly pay ranges between $19.42 and $25.25, with final salary determined by individual skills, experience, background, and market location. Compensation is subject to applicable wage laws.
